Good morning, Redwood City!
This week, San Mateo County will open the doors of the Navigation Center, the 240-unit housing compound at 275 Blomquist Street intended to support homeless families. The project cost $57 million but was funded through grants and donations. Our team will walk through the site tomorrow on a tour to see everything the center has to offer.
I want to thank everyone who welcomed us back to the Kiwanis Farmers Market on Saturday. Great to see so many of you there! We met dozens of people and said hi to many friends. Thanks so much for continuing to show your appreciation for the daily news and the Pulse. Your support is invaluable.
Your feedback matters, too. If you still need to do so, please check out our survey and share your experience living in Redwood City.
More news to come.
